About this site
I'm Jude. I run a small software agency, and a big part of that work is building and operating AI chatbots and voice agents for real businesses: a telecom company routing support calls, medical clinics booking appointments, e-commerce stores answering product questions, home-service companies catching missed calls, and more. Some of those agents have answered thousands of real customer conversations.
When I started, almost everything I could find online was either a vendor's marketing page or an affiliate listicle ranking tools the author had never deployed. This site is the reference I wanted instead: what these systems actually do in production, what they cost, where they break, and how to fix them.
The rules every page follows
- First-hand or clearly labeled. If I've run a platform in production, the page says so. If I haven't, the page says that too.
- Client details are anonymized. You'll see "a telecom client" or "a jewelry retailer," never names, unless something is already public.
- No pay-to-rank. Nobody can buy a placement, a rating, or a kinder verdict.
- Dated pages. Platforms change monthly; every page shows when it was last updated.
